Loan Options & Rate Lock
ProtectedWe'll present the best loan options based on your goals — whether that's the lowest payment, fastest payoff, or most cash out. Once you pick a loan, we can lock in your interest rate.
Processing
VerificationOur team will collect and verify supporting documents like income, assets, credit, and property info. If it's a refinance or cash-out, we'll also order an appraisal (if required).
Underwriting
ReviewA licensed underwriter will review your full file to ensure it meets all guidelines. They may request additional documents — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Clear to Close
ApprovedOnce approved, we send your file to closing! You'll review and sign final documents and get ready to fund.
Closing Day — You're Done!
🎉 CongratulationsYou sign your final paperwork (often done electronically or with a mobile notary), and the loan is funded. If you're refinancing or pulling cash out, you typically receive funds within 3 business days.
