Including calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and/or AI-generated voice technology

Including automated text messages and recurring marketing messages sent via automated systems
Email Communications
Including promotional emails, newsletters, and marketing communications
Other Digital Channels
Including social media messaging, ringless voicemail, and other electronic communication methods
Your consent applies to any and all telephone numbers you provide to us, or that we obtain through reasonable means, including but not limited to:
Mobile/cellular telephone numbers
Residential landline telephone numbers
Business telephone numbers
Numbers you subsequently provide or use to contact us
Any numbers associated with you that we obtain through skip-tracing, publicly available sources, or third-party data providers
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Covered Parties may contact you even if your telephone number is currently listed on any state, federal, or corporate Do Not Call (DNC) registry. Your submission of information constitutes your express written instruction to override any prior DNC registration for the limited purpose of communications from the Covered Parties relating to mortgage products, services, and promotional offers.
Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Equitable Lending. You acknowledge that you may apply for financing through alternative means (e.g., by visiting our office in person or calling us directly without submitting a web form). You may revoke your consent at any time by any of the following methods:
Revocation of consent will be effective within a reasonable time after receipt but in no event more than 30 days. Please note that revoking consent does not apply to communications already in progress, and we may send a final confirmation message to acknowledge your opt-out request.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are solely responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. Message frequency may vary. For help, reply HELP to any text message, or call (877) 885-0111.
You acknowledge and consent to the monitoring and recording of any telephone calls between you and the Covered Parties for quality assurance, training, compliance, and evidentiary purposes. To the extent required by applicable law, you will be notified of such recording at the outset of the call.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and discharge the Covered Parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and liabilities arising under the TCPA or any analogous state law that are based on communications made by the Covered Parties in accordance with the consent you have granted through these Terms and Conditions. This release encompasses, but is not limited to:
Claims alleging failure to maintain an internal DNC list
Claims alleging failure to honor a DNC request
Claims alleging use of an ATDS or prerecorded voice without proper consent
Claims alleging violations of call time restrictions
Claims under any state "mini-TCPA" or analogous telemarketing statute, including but not limited to the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), and New Jersey Truth in Consumer Contract, Warranty, and Notice Act (TCCWNA)
Any claim that your prior consent was improperly obtained, invalid, or revocable by means not specified in these Terms
ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THE TCPA, ITS REGULATIONS, OR ANY STATE ANALOG THERETO (COLLECTIVELY "TCPA CLAIMS"), SHALL BE RESOLVED SOLELY THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 10 OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING RELATING TO TCPA CLAIMS. YOU FURTHER WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL ON ANY TCPA CLAIM.
